Planning consent secured for the construction of a new 153-bedroom ‘affordable luxury’ hotel scheme, which has been pre-let to Ruby GmbH, as well as the extension and re-modelling of an existing Victorian former school building.

The office scheme will include a two-storey extension and private terraces, with a focus on cutting edge interior design, relevant for the evolving office workplace. A nine-apartment residential scheme will be constructed alongside the hotel building. Construction works scheduled to start in Q4 2020.
