RE Capital’s LX Living Wins Prémio Portugal Sotheby’s International Realty at Portugal Real Estate Awards 2023

RE Capital is proud to announce that our LX Living development in Lisbon has been honoured with the Prémio Portugal Sotheby’s International Realty at the annual Portugal Real Estate Awards. Accepting the award on behalf of RE Capital was Director of Marketing & Sales, Augusto Homem de Mello, at the ceremony presented by Sotheby’s International Realty. This is the second year that RE Capital has won at the Portugal Real Estate Awards, following our Best Restoration Award for the AAA23 development in Lisbon.

The awards, organised by Magazine Imobiliário, celebrate 25 years of recognising excellence in the housing category, with a balanced distribution between new builds and renovations. Our commitment to sustainability and innovation is at the forefront of our design process, with every aspect of our developments designed with environmental responsibility in mind.
